Abdullah Ashini, chanteur amazigh libyen, vient d’entamer une grève de la faim illimitée dans sa cellule. Il proteste ainsi contre sa condamnation, par un tribunal libyen, à cinq ans d’emprisonnement pour une prétendue affaire d’immigration clandestine, dont il a toujours clamé son innocence.
Le seul crime de ce grand artiste est de chanter en langue amazigh ( Berbère ) et notamment d’avoir participé au festival de la chanson amazighe de Las Palmas aux Iles Canaries, il y a deux ans !
Les autorités libyennes lui ont, par la suite, retiré son passeport et l’ont empêché de particper au festival de la chanson méditerranienne de Tanger au Maroc.
Depuis, il n’a même plus le droit d’enregistrer ses albums en Libye, au motif qu’il chante dans une autre langue que l’Arabe ! La Libye est tenue, comme tout autre pays du monde, de respecter ses obligations en matière de droits de l’homme.
En conséquence, nous, signataires de cette pétition, appelons les organes compétents de l’ONU, de l’UA, de l’UE ainsi que les ONG internationales de défense des droits de l’homme à intervenir, et dans les plus brefs délais, auprès de l’Etat libyen, pour exiger la libération immédate et sans condition de Abdullah Ashini.

الفنان الليبي عبدالله عشيني يبدأ إضرابا مفتوحا عن الطعام داخل أحد السجون بالمنطقة الغربية و ذلك احتجاجا على عقوبة السجن الجائر التي يتعرض لها , و قال عشيني الذي حكم عليه بخمسة سنوات سجن بدعوى اتهامه في التجارة بالهجرة غير الشرعية ” إن القاضي كان قد حكم عليه بالبراءة في الحكم الأول تم تغير الحكم إلى السجن بخمسة سنوات ” , هذا و قد أبدى عشيني اعتراضه على تغيير الحكم الذي أصدره القاضي , مشيرا الي التخبط الذي وقع فيه القضاء الذي يكيل بأكثر من مكيال في قضية أكد عشيني أكثر من مرة انه بريئ منها , و تأتي خطوة دخوله في إضرابا مفتوحا عن الطعام للفت انتباه المنظمات الإنسانية و الحقوقية إلى الحكم التعسفي الجائر الذي يتعرض له من قضاء قال عنه ” انه ليس نزيه ” .
الجدير بالذكر إن الفنان عشيني كان ممنوعا من السفر و قد سحبت السلطات الأمنية الليبية جواز سفره عقب مشاركته في مهرجان الأغنية الامازيغية الذي شهدته لاس بالماس بجزر الكناريا قبل أزيد من عامين , كما منعته سلطات أمن مطار طرابلس من السفر صحبة فرقته الموسيقية التي كانت تعتزم المشاركة في مهرجان طنجة للأغنية المتوسطية عقب دعوة رسمية وجهت إليه من لجنة المهرجان , هذا و قد منعت السلطات تسجيل أغانيه على شريط أسوة بكل الفنانين الليبيين بدعوى انه يغني باللغة الأمازيغية و ليست العربية

the hunger strike to draw attention of Humanitarian organizations and human rights to the arbitrary rule unfair of people
It is worth mentioning that the artist Ashini was banned from travel and authorities have been withdrawn
Libyan security of his passport following his participation in the Song Festival Amazigh Witnessed in Las Palmas, Canary Islands before more than two years, and security authorities prevented him
And this has prevented the authorities on a tape recording of his songs like all artists Libyans because he was singing in the Amazigh language and not Arabic !
